You can begin as early as 6 months. Magic Paint Dust is specially formulated for babies and toddlers in their mouthing and sensory exploration phase — making it a safe and joyful first painting experience.

2. IS MAGIC PAINT DUST ONLY FOR BABIES?
Not at all! While it’s designed for early sensory play, kids of all ages love the creamy texture and vibrant colours. Whether they’re finger painting, doing DIY cards, or just experimenting with textures, Magic Paint Dust is fun from 6 months to 6 years — and beyond!

3. WHAT MAKES MAGIC PAINT DUST DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PAINTS?
Unlike conventional paints, Magic Paint Dust is made from a special formulation using food-safe, vegetable-based ingredients like corn starch, coconut oil, and natural colour powders. It’s free from synthetic dyes, parabens, and harmful chemicals, and is lab-tested for safety by a NABL-certified lab. Developed in consultation with educators, scientists and therapists, it supports safe sensory learning at every step.

4. WHAT IF MY CHILD PUTS THE PAINT IN THEIR MOUTH?
We get it — babies explore with their mouths. That’s why Magic Paint Dust is made with edible-grade, food-safe ingredients that pose no harm if a small amount is ingested. It’s taste-safe, but not meant for snacking. Rest assured, it's as safe as paint can possibly be.

5. WHAT IF MY CHILD PAINTS ON THE WALLS?
We believe mess is part of the magic! That said, setting up a designated Dabble space at home works wonders. Just like mealtimes happen at a dining table, art time can have a fixed space too. Use chart paper or canvas in that area and gently remind your child that “paints are for colouring here.

6. ARE THE COLOURS WASHABLE?
Yes! Once mixed with water, Magic Paint Dust is water-based and easily washable from skin, most fabrics, and smooth surfaces. On textured walls or untreated fabrics, a faint stain may remain — so we recommend supervised play in a setup space (and wearing a painting apron for good measure!).

7. DOES MAGIC PAINT DUST HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?
Yes. Each box of Magic Paint Dust has a 6-months shelf life. Dabble is proud to be India’s first kids’ art brand to list all ingredients transparently and include expiry dates on all packs.
