How soon will my order reach me?

We try to ship products within 48 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery.

Typically, you will receive the products within 7- 10 working days from the date of shipping.

How reliable are your delivery services?

Due to the current situation we have partnered with the Delhivery, as they are able to deliver in all zones.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order. All orders above Rs 1500 are eligible for free shipping.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

Do you offer COD?

Yes! COD is available for orders – the COD limits set are subject to change. You will see the limits displayed at check out.
